The Spice and Gulbranson families decided to get together for dinner and to do some trick or treating with the kids on Halloween. After a nice dinner we had a tough start to the trick or treating. Taylor didn't want to put on his costume and Mackenzie ended up in tears after a trick or treat test run with Jay. After finally getting the kids in their costumes and outside we went to the first house not knowing what to expect. To our surprise the kids loved it. Mackenzie couldn't wait to get to the next house for more candy. That is until we stopped at the house where the couple was dressed in really scary costumes. Even though that put a quick end to the trick or treating the whole night was still a great first trick or treating experience.
